Running Life Raw and Living Happy!

How important is happiness to your family, your friends, and most importantly yourself? How do you be happy? How do you build self confidence and actually believe in yourself? How can you focus your life doing what you want and what you need to do? How do you focus on love? How do you keep you body disease free? How do combat stress? These are all really good questions. Maybe by finding an exercise module that you have a real passion for and a diet that is simple and easy ! Maybe your meditating or maybe your medicating! Or maybe there is a correct approach that is easy to follow and will make you finally able to see some happiness? Am I right? Of course I'm right, because I am doing it and feeling free. It is working for me!. But listen, I'm not quite there yet, but at least I know I'm getting there. Sometimes getting there too fast sets you up to failure and you fall really hard. This is because most people who do things fast end up missing important steps in-between and they lose faith! How much is it worth to you?
