Follow me to...

Follow me to your away space and let yourself retire... Did you know this spot will take the clouds away? I'm going to help you fill that space with calming blue. Blue is a fascinating colour! Now... Don't think for a moment... After you are relaxed, hold the colour blue in your mind and close your eyes. That's all...just close them and don't think of anything except for blue drifting over your head and stopping, and hanging over like it wants to get to know you. This is your healing cloud. Keep it with you while you lie and think of all the many textures in life that hold that blue. The clear blue sky, the rhythmic ocean, the blue--the blue--the blue. The hue of blue is soft and subtle and easy to absorb. Let the blue come in...How? Think of your body as a sponge and let the blue soak all the way through you. Don't let it come out. Just breath as you do and don't squeeze your eyelids shut or you'll let the blue out. Don't tense your toes and scrunch your nose. Keep your legs still, still, still...and your tummy relaxed. Please don't laugh or say a word. Lie or sit back and don't think anymore. Just stay, stay in your away place. Remember this is your space, your away space, and you run your space raw. Removing yourself from the constant stimuli of life will recharge you. Removing yourself from stimuli and imagining something relaxing will not only recharge you, but also take away some of the dysfunction in your mind. *Don't forget to not be disturbed!!* Thanks for the nice comments! My next post -- What is that feeling? Freedom...

  1. hey gillian g s you should know who this is without hesitation and i was apart of the oreo! i believe in what your philosophy of blue but it isn't or hasn't always been that easy for all, either in the past or what the person is trying to get over or work out within the deepest realm of their body today. i know you read what i mean i just hope that you understand what i mean . like walk a day in my shoes, and i'll gladly walk a day in yours. i'm not negating that we all shouldn't strive for a personal best and find our core once a day but if you are struggling like i and many others as i am it is easier to read than to do....

  2. I hear you loud and clear. All things are easier said than done. Just keep on going like "the Little Engine that Could" Keep on saying, "I know I'm happy, I know I'm happy!" Even if you think you are just saying those words and not absorbing them. Your spirit is still hearing them and then I promise you things will change!

  4. Easy for all would be a wonderful world. We are all different and heal in many different ways. What one person finds comforting may be the opposite for the other. If someone has something nice to write and thinks it may help someone. What is wrong with that? You do not believe in the philososphy of blue. You do what makes you feel better and don't knock it for people who may enjoy TRYING! Sounds more personal to me.

  6. The first comment may not believe in the philosophy of what I do with blue, but it really does calm myself and others. Maybe he/she is having a difficult time right now.
